Protecting the civil rights and civil liberties of individuals of European heritage through legal representation, litigation support, and legal advocacy.

The fund addresses cases involving discrimination, civil rights violations, defamation, government overreach, and threats to constitutional freedoms.

Operating primarily as a direct services program, the Foundation retains attorneys, pays litigation costs, and may provide grants to aligned legal defense organizations. Every case is evaluated against pre-established criteria including legal merit, community impact, and constitutional significance.

RTTL Family Incentives Fund

Providing financial assistance to low-income families with newborns during the critical early months of parenthood. The program helps cover the significant costs of raising a child — medical expenses, nutrition, clothing, and other essentials.

Eligibility is based on objective criteria: membership in affiliated organizations, alignment with the Foundation's goals, a recent birth (within 12 months), and demonstrated financial need.
