Members of our private association are eligible to apply for membership in an RTTL Land Association. A Land Association is an LLC or other entity that owns a large parcel of land on behalf of its owners.
RTTL does not engage in real estate sales or rentals. The owner of private property is allowed to determine who has the right to access their property, in accordance with normal private property laws.

Community 1 in northeast Arkansas was founded in October 2023. The 150 acre parcel is home to numerous families, and construction of new homes is well underway.

Community 2 in northeast Arkansas was founded in January 2025.

Community 3 in the Ozarks region is currently in the initial planning process.
