Members of our private association are eligible to apply for membership in an RTTL Land Association. A Land Association is an LLC that owns a large parcel of land, and homestead stakes are tied to ownership in the LLC. Pricing and payment plan information is available to RTTL members. Community 1 in northeast Arkansas was founded in October 2023. The 160 acre parcel is home to numerous families, and construction of new homes is well underway.

The PMA is actively planning a purchase of another lot near Arkansas Ozarks Community I. The LLC has been registered and the land search is currently underway.
